We continuously strive to enable a paperless work environment at the front desk. The new Shift Notes feature allows your staff to record any important notes about events taking place during their shift, so that management and the next shift can be aware of them. Shift Notes has an easy search function, so you can always look up past notes history via a keyword, staff user, or apartment unit number. You can also print out any electronic page within the Shift Notes. We hope this feature will allow you to discontinue the use of a paper-based Shift Journal book..

While we know that rental building managers are savvy marketers with an array of online tools, we've noticed that condominium managers frequently see the need to provide public information about units that are available to rent or lease in the building. We now enable convenient posting of apartment listings for sale or rent in the portal, and also on the publicly accessible, external login page of the portal. You can also enable residents to post their properties for sale or lease, with an option to pre-approve any posting. Are real estate agents constantly calling asking what units are available for sale or rent? Now you can just forward them to your resident portal login page to view listings, with pictures and all the necessary details and contact information.

As part of our continuous effort to enrich the MyBuilding.org platform with value-add services (such as KeyTrak), we are pleased to announce another partnership with an innovative new high tech provider of security systems – FST21 and their groundbreaking service - SafeRise. MyBuilding.org users will enjoy a seamless integration with SafeRise, as well as special pricing from FST21.
More about SafeRise®
FST21’s identity management system, SafeRise® offers a secure, convenient and reliable way to let the right people in and keep the wrong people out. It is a preventive and intelligent controlled access solution for residential high rises, town houses and affordable living projects that allows simple and convenient entry to residents and visitors without the use of a key or a code.
The state-of-the-art intelligent building technology combines biometrics, using fusion of facial, voice and behavioral recognition to verify a user’s identity and determine whether or not the individual is permitted access. It complements doormen or it provides a complete solution for buildings that do not use doormen.
Residents simply look at the camera at the building entrance and the door will open. If for some reason SafeRise doesn’t recognize a resident’s face and behavior (if they forget to look at the camera for instance) the system's intercom will ask for their name and apartment number. Matching the voice in the database with the resident will open the door.
SafeRise will connect residents, visitors, deliveries, pickups and maintenance to a representative from a 24/7 monitoring center for further assistance if needed.
