Let your residents get notifications of their packages, send you messages, and file their maintenance requests directly from their iPhone. This is just another way for you to provide better service to your residents, 24x7 from anywhere.

Does the iphone app have full functionality (all features listed on the website, such as payment center, events calendar, Hertz transport services), or is it geared specifically for the three functionalities listed above (messaging, packages, and maintenance requests)?

Is this there an app for property managers or maintenance staff as well, or is this app specifically for the residents use?

Currently the iPhone App is geared towards residents and features only the functions listed above. We are continuing to work on the iPhone app and hope to release a new version with more functionality later this year.

Our system is fully compatible with the iPad, which is great for a staff that is on the go. (Residents can even sign out packages directly on the iPad!)
