New Feature:Online Payment Center
How much time and money do you spend chasing tenants and residents to pay their rent or maintenance/common charges on time? Wouldn't you prefer to receive the funds automatically every month, without having to process envelopes and checks?
We're sure you have already heard of ACH Direct - a leader in online payment processing. We have seamlessly integrated ACH Directs' service into your MyBuilding.org portal. Residents can pay their monthly payment via Electronic checks or recurring direct deposit. The cost per transaction is just $1 which will be conveniently added to your monthly MyBuilding.org service bill. Payment using credit cards is available as well.

New Feature:Preventative Maintenance
Your building has millions of dollars worth of equipment, and it deserves the best care. Don't just react to maintenance requests - be proactive, and utilize MyBuilding.org's new Preventative Maintenance feature! You can now program periodical, automatic preventative maintenance alerts for every piece of equipment. The alerts trigger maintenance requests which you can allocate to the appropriate maintenance professional in your building. The module also keeps track of inventory required for preventative maintenance.
New Feature:Online Parking Passes
If your building has a parking space that requires residents to obtain a Parking Pass to reserve a space, the new Parking Pass feature enables residents to apply for a guest pass, and you can issue one online, saving time and paper.

Green Feature #`1:
Voice Broadcaster
Emails are cool; text messages are even better. But now, from your Manager's Consol, with the Voice Broadcast feature - you can type your message and broadcast it to your residents' phones; the Voice Broadcaster will automatically translate your text into voice and call all the residents and play the voice message. You can choose to send the broadcast to specific floors, unit lines, owners or renters, or all. You can also choose cell phones, home phones or both. This is yet another means to enhance communication and productivity through MyBuilding.org. Your service includes one free yearly broadcast - for emergencies, we don't want you to think twice about costs. Additional broadcasts are priced at $0.15 per call - you will not be charged for invalid numbers.

We know that you love using the mass-email capability to update your residents. We also know that some of you need to still print out paper notices and distribute them to all units. Many residents are happy to just receive the notices online - so we now enable them to choose to opt out of paper notices. You can see the list of such residents at your Manager's Consol, and encourage residents to sign up and reduce your monthly paper bills and time spent by building staff distributing those notices.

Every message you send through the site, can be received by the residents as a text message on their mobile phone. When residents register to the service, they can choose whether to receive messages via email or text message, or both. So residents that do not use a computer can still benefit from your Community Portal; and you can communicate effectively, at a click of a button, with your entire community. This feature can be accessed at the My Profile section, and every user can define which message they want to get, and where (Mobile phone, email, both).

When you use the "Send Message to All" feature, it sends your message as an email to all registered residents. It will then allow you to print the notice to residents that haven't registered yet - one for each unit.

In your manager's console, click on Categories under Maintenance Requests. You can then also differentiate categories available only for owners and not renters.

Go to Registrations in your manager's console, check "on"

Use your Public Room Reservation button on your manager's consol. Easily add policy documents to each room - residents are required to review them before making a reservation.

Use the Newsletter feature in your manager's console, it will distribute the newsletter to all units that you set, and also post it on an archive on the site.

The Key Tracking module can track any type of key, just click "Add Special Key" on the Key Tracking page.

Under Users & Assets, click on Add/Edit users, find the unit that the board member resides at, and change its type to Board member, and set the permissions that you want for him/her. Those features will then be available in their newly accessible Manager's Console.

In the Employee Time Clock module, select the employee’s name and the period you would like the report for. Then export the report to Excel and sum up the number of hours under the hours column.
